BEDBUGS! We actually quite enjoyed our stay at the hostel, comfy beds, friendly staff, nice social areas, free drinks each evening, buffet breakfast and fun pub crawl however our room had bedbugs and our booking was cancelled a couple hours before check out when our stay was paid for and essentially over, we presume to stop us leaving review on hostel world. Originally staff were helpful immediately moved me to a new bunk (in the same room) and washed all my stuff that had touched the bed for free. They said they would shut down that bunk but a few hours later it was dressed again for next guest (though no one stayed there for at least another 24hrs). They also mentioned that they had just treated that room for bedbugs and that the person in the bunk before me had come from a hostel with them. Unfortunately despite being helpful to us it gave the impression that they have a bedbug issue that isn’t being dealt with properly and being hidden from guests by not letting us leave Hostelworld review.

The place was okay overall, but I'm almost sure seeing my legs now that my bed was full of bed bugs. Other problem I see is Aircon management, room are fresh and cool but the extractions are in the corridors between the room which make them even hotter and stuffier than the outside with is ridiculous but staff was cool and friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights in April and the hostel is good and service and people working are really nice. Unfortunately we did get bedbugs here so maybe something to think about!

BEDBUGS!!! A very nice hostel with super lovely staff who were great our whole stay! Unfortunately we got bedbugs during our stay… we left the 15/4 the same day as we were leaving.

Would like to give this a higher rating because the staff were really kind& helpful. But sadly I found bed bugs after being bitten heavily for 2 nights. Room 209 bed H. Now I wouldn’t recommend it.

I got bed bugs from this place. Be ware and make sure you check your beds beforehand. I should have know since all the rooms smell horribly damp and old.

Il bar sul tetto è il principale attrazione: è sociale, con bar, drink prima di uscire e una terrazza che si adatta bene per il tramonto o per uscire. L'ostello sembra particolarmente adatto ai viaggiatori da soli. Il personale è spesso amichevole e disponibile, e la colazione, l'acqua gratuita, gli asciugamani e una posizione centrale nel Distretto 1 rendono facile spostarsi. Le stanze sono miste. Alcuni sono puliti e comodi con un buon condizionamento, ma altri sono semplici, rumorosi o ruvidi, specialmente nei bagni e sui letti superiori.

- Il rumore può arrivare dal tetto, dal bar e dai piani principali.
- In alcune stanze e bagni la pulizia è irregolare.
- Alcuni letti sono molto duri e i letti più alti possono essere difficili da arrampicarsi.
- Non c'è un ascensore.
- La prenotazione e la gestione dei pagamenti possono essere disordinate, con cancellazioni, sovraprenotazioni o sorprese di prezzo in contanti.
- In alcune stanze è stata sollevata una questione di cimici.
