Staff was very nice and the hostel was centrally located. Room was spacious and quiet. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the beds. We got a private room and it seemed like the beds weren’t properly cleaned (we saw hairs on the bed). My partner also woke up with bites on his arms, and I woke up feeling itchy. We suspect bed bugs but didn’t actually see them on inspection.

I absolutely regret booking there and am currently writing a complaint. I found bedbugs, MULTIPLE ones of them on the bed and the towels I used. This completely ruined my experience and even a few days later, I shiver from it and am still horrified by the thought of the bedbugs. This is without mentioning that there was no bottle of water in the hostel. The room I got didn't even look like any of the ones pictured. I honestly cannot believe this is the experience I got for the price I paid.

This could be a great hostel. +Nice rooms with curtains over the beds. Good kitchen and hangout erea. Negatives :We paid city tax on arrivel, but they didnt register and wanted us to pay again. There is bedbugs in the hostel, dont think they are doing anything about it.

I got so many bed bug bites and couldn't sleep at all. I woke up at 12 am and came down at the lobby. I took some pictures of the bed bugs with the blood they got from me. I told them about the bed bugs and showed bug bites on my body. The front desk person took pictures and told me they would contact me later but did not. I am very disappointed.

Got bitten by bed bugs all over my body staying at this hostel. Management also is ignoring my emails and complaints. Very disappointed! Vibe generally of the hostel is nice and location is great. But the bed bugs ruined my experience in Porto!

The hostel is very nice and a great place to meet people. The staff is also helpful. Unfortunately, my bed had bed bugs and I got bitten all over my body. This made my experience unpleasant compared to other people at the hostel.

Lost Inn Porto is een centraal gelegen feestherberg in Porto, dicht bij de Se-kathedraal, met een handige uitvalsbasis voor de Camino en dagwandelingen door de stad. De opstelling lijkt levendig in plaats van rustgevend: luide muziek, late beweging en sociale energie zijn onderdeel van de afspraak, zelfs wanneer de eigenlijke sfeer een beetje mis kan gaan. De meest praktische voordelen zijn locatie, keuken, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, bedgordijnen in slaapzalen, kluisjes, lichten, stopcontacten en gratis sangria rond 21.00 uur. Sommige privékamers lijken comfortabeler dan de opstelling van het studentenverblijf, en het gebouw kan modern en gezellig aanvoelen als de basisvoorwaarden goed zijn. Dit is een betere keuze voor jongere reizigers die een goedkope, centrale, luide plek willen en geen stille nachten nodig hebben. Het is een zwakker pasvorm voor pelgrims, licht slapen, oudere reizigers, of iedereen die gepolijste service en betrouwbaar schoon badkamers willen.

- Het lawaai kan tot laat oplopen, met luide muziek in de lobby, geluid op straat, deuren die slammen en mensen die 's nachts door de slaapzalen bewegen.
