Confirmado Hostelworld
Staff was very nice and the hostel was centrally located. Room was spacious and quiet. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the beds. We got a private room and it seemed like the beds weren’t properly cleaned (we saw hairs on the bed). My partner also woke up with bites on his arms, and I woke up feeling itchy. We suspect bed bugs but didn’t actually see them on inspection.

I absolutely regret booking there and am currently writing a complaint. I found bedbugs, MULTIPLE ones of them on the bed and the towels I used. This completely ruined my experience and even a few days later, I shiver from it and am still horrified by the thought of the bedbugs. This is without mentioning that there was no bottle of water in the hostel. The room I got didn't even look like any of the ones pictured. I honestly cannot believe this is the experience I got for the price I paid.

This could be a great hostel. +Nice rooms with curtains over the beds. Good kitchen and hangout erea. Negatives :We paid city tax on arrivel, but they didnt register and wanted us to pay again. There is bedbugs in the hostel, dont think they are doing anything about it.

I got so many bed bug bites and couldn't sleep at all. I woke up at 12 am and came down at the lobby. I took some pictures of the bed bugs with the blood they got from me. I told them about the bed bugs and showed bug bites on my body. The front desk person took pictures and told me they would contact me later but did not. I am very disappointed.

Got bitten by bed bugs all over my body staying at this hostel. Management also is ignoring my emails and complaints. Very disappointed! Vibe generally of the hostel is nice and location is great. But the bed bugs ruined my experience in Porto!

The hostel is very nice and a great place to meet people. The staff is also helpful. Unfortunately, my bed had bed bugs and I got bitten all over my body. This made my experience unpleasant compared to other people at the hostel.

Lost Inn Porto é um albergue de festas no centro do Porto, perto da Catedral de Se, com uma base conveniente para o Caminho e as viagens diurnas pela cidade. A configuração parece animada em vez de tranquila: música alta, movimentos tardios e energia social fazem parte do negócio, mesmo quando a atmosfera real pode parecer acertada ou não. As vantagens práticas mais fortes são localização, cozinha, áreas comuns, cortinas de cama nos dormitórios, armários, luzes, tomadas e sangria gratuita por volta das 21h. Alguns quartos privados parecem mais confortáveis do que a estrutura do dormitório, e o edifício pode parecer moderno e aconchegante quando os elementos básicos estão funcionando bem. Este é um lugar mais adequado para os viajantes mais jovens que querem um lugar barato, central e barulhento e não precisam de noites tranquilas. É mais adequado para peregrinos, que dormem pouco, viajantes mais velhos ou qualquer pessoa que queira um serviço polido e banheiros limpos de forma confiável.

- Há sinais de perigo graves de limpeza, incluindo reclamações de percevejos, roupas sujas, lençóis manchados e insetos em áreas comuns.
- A rua circundante pode parecer irregular depois do anoitecer, especialmente para viajantes solitários.
- O atendimento e o tratamento das reservas podem ser difíceis, com confusão de pagamento, problemas de overbooking, problemas de política de idade e atitude desigual do pessoal.
