Staff was very nice and the hostel was centrally located. Room was spacious and quiet. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the beds. We got a private room and it seemed like the beds weren’t properly cleaned (we saw hairs on the bed). My partner also woke up with bites on his arms, and I woke up feeling itchy. We suspect bed bugs but didn’t actually see them on inspection.

I absolutely regret booking there and am currently writing a complaint. I found bedbugs, MULTIPLE ones of them on the bed and the towels I used. This completely ruined my experience and even a few days later, I shiver from it and am still horrified by the thought of the bedbugs. This is without mentioning that there was no bottle of water in the hostel. The room I got didn't even look like any of the ones pictured. I honestly cannot believe this is the experience I got for the price I paid.

This could be a great hostel. +Nice rooms with curtains over the beds. Good kitchen and hangout erea. Negatives :We paid city tax on arrivel, but they didnt register and wanted us to pay again. There is bedbugs in the hostel, dont think they are doing anything about it.

I got so many bed bug bites and couldn't sleep at all. I woke up at 12 am and came down at the lobby. I took some pictures of the bed bugs with the blood they got from me. I told them about the bed bugs and showed bug bites on my body. The front desk person took pictures and told me they would contact me later but did not. I am very disappointed.

Got bitten by bed bugs all over my body staying at this hostel. Management also is ignoring my emails and complaints. Very disappointed! Vibe generally of the hostel is nice and location is great. But the bed bugs ruined my experience in Porto!

The hostel is very nice and a great place to meet people. The staff is also helpful. Unfortunately, my bed had bed bugs and I got bitten all over my body. This made my experience unpleasant compared to other people at the hostel.

Lost Inn Porto es un hostal de fiesta en el centro de Oporto cerca de la Catedral de Se, con una base práctica para el Camino y las excursiones diurnas por la ciudad. El ambiente es animado en lugar de tranquilo: música fuerte, movimientos tardíos y energía social son parte del trato, incluso cuando el ambiente puede parecer que no es el correcto. Las ventajas prácticas más fuertes son la ubicación, una cocina, áreas comunes, cortinas de cama en los dormitorios, casilleros, luces, tomas de corriente y sangria gratuita alrededor de las 9 p.m. Algunas habitaciones privadas parecen más cómodas que las instalaciones del dormitorio, y el edificio puede sentirse moderno y acogedor cuando las cosas básicas funcionan bien. Este es un lugar más adecuado para los viajeros más jóvenes que desean un lugar barato, céntrico y ruidoso y no necesitan noches tranquilas. Es más adecuado para peregrinos, personas que duermen poco, viajeros mayores o cualquier persona que desee un servicio pulido y baños limpios de manera fiable.

- El servicio y el manejo de las reservas pueden ser difíciles, con confusión de pagos, problemas de sobrereservación, problemas de política de edad y actitud desigual del personal.
