Bed bugs. After we checked in, we felt something strange in the air in the hallway (our throats got dry + strong nauseous feeling). When we asked one of the guy in our room about it, he told us that the hostel was treating one of the room for bed bugs - apparently brought the day before by a woman who left in the morning. In the evening, we saw bed bugs on the wall and in the beds of the room we were staying in ! One of us even got some on his clothes ! We changed room at 2am and the staff asked us to leave our stuff in the old room, while they sprayed the product to kill the bugs. They asked us to give them the clothes that were outside our backpacks so they can wash them. The hostel knew about the situation and didn’t warn us about it when we checked in. They didn’t even look sorry about it. This morning they brought back our clothes unwashed ! Hopefully we noticed it before putting them back in our luggage ! Don’t go there !

O Estoril e um classico central de Buenos Aires em predio antigo grande: quartos amplos, varandas, patios, cozinha e a energia da Avenida de Mayo logo fora. As melhores estadias se apoiam na localizacao, recepcao prestativa, areas comuns limpas e um predio com cantos suficientes para trabalhar, cozinhar, recuperar energia ou planejar a proxima missao urbana. O clima nao tem uma etiqueta unica. Pode ser amigavel e facil para quem viaja solo, com equipe indicando atividades na cidade, mas tambem tem um lado mais pratico e tranquilo: base central mais do que laboratorio de festa sem parar. Para centro, metro perto e uma casca grande de hostel antigo, tem material. A centralidade tambem traz barulho, e o predio antigo varia na manutencao. Quartos para a rua, som das areas comuns, cozinha gasta e queixas de limpeza aparecem. Melhor para quem valoriza localizacao e personalidade, e aguenta alguns decibeis portenhos fazendo solo de bateria.
