Although I don’t like writing this—since when I do write reviews, they’re usually positive—unfortunately this time I have to make an exception. As sometimes happens when traveling, this hostel had BEDBUGS. It really made the following week of my trip unpleasant. Of course, I reported it to the reception the very next morning. They refunded my accommodation, but unfortunately that doesn’t cover the additional costs for laundromats and pest control… The staff were kind; however, the mattress (at least mine) was in catastrophic condition, and I think the bedbugs had been there for quite some time. There were a lot of them. I believe this can happen in any hostel, but before you check in, make sure to thoroughly inspect the mattress you’ll be sleeping on.

Las reviews no reflejan el hostel. Te dan un trago a cambio de que les dejes una review. Es muy ruidoso y no se respetan los horarios de silencio. Pasan a limpiar el baño 1 sola vez al día y se inunda con cada ducha. tuve picaduras de bed bugs. Dentro de todo safa, pero buscaría otras opciones para la próxima vez

O Supertramp funciona melhor como base logistica em Aguas Calientes: pratico para Machu Picchu, com cha gratis, guarda-volumes, alguns momentos de equipe prestativa e lounge/bar que ajuda quando a missao e dormir, banho, montanha, repetir. E mais checkpoint tatico do que hostel dos sonhos. O clima e misto. Algumas estadias encontram atendimento gentil ou o suficiente para uma noite, mas o padrao mais forte e basico, barulhento e gasto. Pode fazer sentido para uma parada curta antes das ruinas, priorizando localizacao acima de conforto. Nao espere magia social polida. Cheiro de umidade, pouca ventilacao nos banheiros, banho frio, Wi-Fi fraco, barulho e limpeza irregular aparecem bastante. Isso e acampamento-base pratico, nao spa macio com beliches.
