Location. The staff was kind, spoke english, but incapable. Before falling asleep i noticed something crawling next to my pillow. Without a single doubt i knew it wad bedbugs. I woke up my roommates and went to the reception, told the receptionist to see our room. Together me and my roommates found multiple bedbugs in our beds. The receptionist gave us another room, but it was very hard to trust that place. There apparently nothing she could do now and that someone responsible will come to the hostel in the morning. Fortunately, after thorough ispection we did not find any bedbugs in that room and if we did, I don’t know what would we do, because the receptionist disappeared without saying anything. In the morning we went back to the reception, there was nobody responsible, just another receptionist. At least she was informed about our situation and after we asked she allowed us to wash our potentionally infested clothes in the hostel’s private laundry room with the words “customers normally have to pay for this, but we will let you for free”. I asked whether we can get a refund for our experience and she said she does not know. I asked whether there is someone superior she can contact and she said she will ask the boss, who according to her words is “the church”. We did not hear about he boss’s reply or whether he was even asked. That is where the incentive to fix this situation ended. We had to leave soon after our clothes got washed.

Lage war zumindest gut. Küche vorhanden. Im Dorm hats leider Bettwanzen!!! Daher absolut nicht zu empfehlen, die Nacht verbrachte ich dann auf der Couch im Gemeinschaftsraum, super gemütlich 🙄👎
Análise do ambiente
Hostel Louna e uma base simples em predio antigo no centro de Parnu, perto da cidade antiga, rodoviaria, parques, restaurantes e praia. Funciona melhor como um lugar simples para dormir do que como hostel social: quietude e um tema comum, e a atmosfera pode parecer estranhamente institucional em vez de vibrante para backpackers. Camas individuais em vez de beliches aparecem em pelo menos parte da configuracao dos dormitorios, o que e util se beliches nao sao sua praia. Quartos e corredores podem ser espacosos, toalhas podem estar incluidas, o Wi-Fi funciona bem e ha uma cozinha disponivel, embora os equipamentos possam ser irregulares. Lavanderia tambem pode estar disponivel. Nao e um lugar polido. O predio e os espacos compartilhados podem parecer antigos, gastos, escuros e atrasados para melhorias. A equipe pode ser amigavel e prestativa, mas check-in tarde e atendimento da recepcao podem ser irregulares. O cafe da manha e uma aposta: pode ser simples e caseiro, mas tambem pode parecer basico demais pelo custo extra.

- Os dormitorios sao mistos, e a cena social parece muito fraca.
- Quartos voltados para a rua podem ser barulhentos, especialmente quando as janelas ficam abertas em clima quente.
- Banheiros e chuveiros compartilhados podem parecer datados, gastos ou nao limpos o suficiente.
- Camas e travesseiros podem ser desconfortaveis.
- O cafe da manha pode nao valer a pena adicionar.
- Guarda-volumes depois do check-out pode significar deixar malas em um corredor sem supervisao.
- Uma estadia em dormitorio em 2025 teve percevejos; trate quartos compartilhados com cautela.
