Location. The staff was kind, spoke english, but incapable. Before falling asleep i noticed something crawling next to my pillow. Without a single doubt i knew it wad bedbugs. I woke up my roommates and went to the reception, told the receptionist to see our room. Together me and my roommates found multiple bedbugs in our beds. The receptionist gave us another room, but it was very hard to trust that place. There apparently nothing she could do now and that someone responsible will come to the hostel in the morning. Fortunately, after thorough ispection we did not find any bedbugs in that room and if we did, I don’t know what would we do, because the receptionist disappeared without saying anything. In the morning we went back to the reception, there was nobody responsible, just another receptionist. At least she was informed about our situation and after we asked she allowed us to wash our potentionally infested clothes in the hostel’s private laundry room with the words “customers normally have to pay for this, but we will let you for free”. I asked whether we can get a refund for our experience and she said she does not know. I asked whether there is someone superior she can contact and she said she will ask the boss, who according to her words is “the church”. We did not hear about he boss’s reply or whether he was even asked. That is where the incentive to fix this situation ended. We had to leave soon after our clothes got washed.

Lage war zumindest gut. Küche vorhanden. Im Dorm hats leider Bettwanzen!!! Daher absolut nicht zu empfehlen, die Nacht verbrachte ich dann auf der Couch im Gemeinschaftsraum, super gemütlich 🙄👎
Analisi dell'atmosfera
Hostel Louna e' una base semplice in un vecchio edificio nel centro di Parnu, vicino a old town, stazione bus, parchi, ristoranti e spiaggia. Funziona meglio come semplice posto dove dormire che come ostello sociale: la quiete e' un tema comune, e l'atmosfera puo' sembrare stranamente istituzionale invece che backpacker-buzzy. Letti singoli invece di castelli compaiono in almeno parte del setup dormitorio, cosa utile se i letti a castello non fanno per te. Camere e corridoi possono essere spaziosi, gli asciugamani possono essere inclusi, il Wi-Fi funziona bene e c'e' una cucina, anche se l'attrezzatura puo' essere irregolare. Potrebbe esserci anche lavanderia. Non e' un posto lucidato. L'edificio e gli spazi condivisi possono sembrare vecchi, consumati, bui e in ritardo sugli upgrade. Lo staff puo' essere cordiale e disponibile, ma check-in tardi e gestione front desk possono essere irregolari. La colazione e' una scommessa: puo' essere semplice e casalinga, ma anche sembrare troppo basica per il costo extra.

- I dormitori sono misti, e la scena sociale sembra molto sottile.
- Le camere verso strada possono essere rumorose, soprattutto quando le finestre sono aperte con il caldo.
- Bagni e docce condivisi possono sembrare datati, consumati o non abbastanza puliti.
- Letti e cuscini possono essere scomodi.
- La colazione potrebbe non valere l'aggiunta.
- Il deposito bagagli dopo il check-out puo' significare lasciare le borse in un corridoio non sorvegliato.
- Un soggiorno in dormitorio del 2025 ha avuto cimici dei letti; tratta le camere condivise con cautela.
