Íbamos con bicicletas y ni nos dejaron un sitio para ellas, ni nos facilitaron un lugar cercano, la única solución por su parte era dejarlas en la calle. Encima el suelo de las habitaciones era de moqueta y salimos los tres llenos de picotazos de chinches o pulgas.

Bed bugs in my bed and some p**** that kept closing the window when its like a sauna in there were my only concerns.

Rooms looked way better on picture. As soon as i entered the dorm I felt super uncomfortable, it looked super ugly and sad, it was tiny, packed and smelly. Checked the reviews because I didn’t understand the reason i booked this place since it looked fine online, but then i saw reviews about bedbugs recently so I left and went somewhere else. Fine if you want the cheaper place available and don’t care about the quality of the place.

Aussitôt que j’ai vu une punaise de lit j’ai décidé de partir et me trouver un hôtel ! Également il n’y a pas de cuisine et c’est la première fois que je vois ça ! L’établissement devrait fermer pour faire un grand ménage et des rénovations, et par là réouvrir pour donner un bon service client. Cependant, c’est proche de tout !

The staff is friendly and the location is good but there were bedbugs and, when the shower in our room started leaking into the room below, they asked us to stop using it and ask the reception for a shower in another room. If you can pay more, please do and save yourself a lot of discomfort.

I was there for a week and me and my friends came back with bites from bed bugs! the food is disgusting and poor after the second day you want to puke the sandwich from breakfast. breakfast is always the same, nothing new. the staff does not know what is going on around them they do not answer questions they are not helpful. the only thing that was nice were the big rooms and the curtains on the beds

BEDBUG INFESTED! DO NOT STAY HERE! Stayed 2 nights room 7. Everyone had bed bug bites all over them. Dirty place

Chambre un peu sombre Fenêtre de la chambre inutilisable : très difficile à manier et pas de barreaux pour la sécuriser (donne sur zone avec déchets : rue ? autres chambres ? autre ?) 2 des personnes / 4 sont reparties avec des piqures de punaises de lit (confirmées par dermato) qui n'ont pu être faites qu'à cet endroit. Le lieu a été prévenu et a déclaré faire le nécessaire.

BEDBUGS! Probably the worst hostel I've stayed in. No kitchen or access to kettle. Got bitten alot by bedbugs and I only stayed 1 night. I do not recommend

£550.90 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AND ROOM GIVEN AWAY WHEN WE ARRIVED WITH NO REFUND Do not stay here. Avoidant management and incompetent reception staff. I booked and paid for 10 beds in a dorm for TRNSMT weekend 6 months in advance and was told on arrival that our room had been given away as we allegedly hadn’t paid. Manager refused to speak to me and address the issue, had no sympathy or help from anybody on reception, and I am down over £500. I of course showed bank statements and proof of payment. No alternative was offered, they are only interested in the cash and causing as many problems for people as possible with zero remorse. We had to find last minute accommodation paying a further £1250 for a roof over our heads. Emails are continued to be ignored, phone calls ring out and when I eventually get through to someone the ‘manager’ is apparently unavailable. Do not waste your money or time on this establishment. Hope the company dissolves and everyone ends up unemployed - unsure the manager (if one exists) has a single qualification or real world experience. Seems like we dodged a bullet after reading reports of bed bugs and this same situation happening to multiple different people. You’re better off sleeping on the streets of glasgow and paying someone 2 grand to come and slap you in the face

Bedbugs in our room, in nearly all the beds, got bit multiple times. They moved us to another room and agreed to refund us for the first night we stayed.

In general the hostel is ok, here's the big BUT tho: - beds are a bit short - no kitchen - really MOULDY bathrooms - rooms get really hot - key card randomly stopped working And the worst: I think I might had BED BUGS in my bed! Woke up with bites all over my arm, hand, thigh and foot. (People in other beds seemed to be fine tho)

Avoid, they have bedbugs

In our initial room, the beds were infested with bed bugs. We could see them immediately upon entering the room crawling on the pillows and sheets. The staff did not seem at all surprised that we had found them and never apologised for this at all, it seemed like a common occurrence for the staff member. We were moved rooms, however and the room was clean and tidy, the rooms aren’t unkept very well and covered in stains, this is to be expected however in a hostel with such high footfall. For the price, I don’t expect a lot - however I wouldn’t expect to be in a room infested with bugs. This is the only reason I wouldn’t stay again. After being met with bugs in the room, I’d of atleast expected some sort of compensation, or at the very least a shocked look from the staff member🤣

Awful place hygiene standards so low surprised its not closed down mould in every room, bed bugs and bags of garbage waste store in hotel have picture evidence want full refund or environmental health will be contacted

Les chambres manquent de propreté et nous nous sommes aperçus la deuxième nuit que nous avions des punaises de lit. Nous avons pu changer de chambre pour notre dernière nuit mais il se peut qu’il y en ait dans plusieurs chambres. Et nous nous sommes aperçus que notre première chambre avait été donné à d’autres personnes après que nous ayons informé le personnel des punaises de lit. Donc il n’y a pas eu de désinsectisation dans la chambre seulement un « nettoyage » mais on ne sait pas exactement de quoi ni où…

Just fine (except the bedbugs)! we rented a room for 8 people with friends. Breakfast is in the basement, it gets hot quickly (seats for 10 people). The room key card usually had to be reset again, sometimes it felt like it was a one-time use key. Bed bugs were found in our room, the staff changed our sheets, but of course that didn't completely solve the problem, but it was the only thing they could do for the situation. I couldn't get rid of them, it was an expensive and difficult souvenir.

WE GOT BEDBUGS! The stay was horrible, while the staff was nice, the room was horrible. The floor was very dirty. There was no working. But most importantly: WE GOT BEDBUGS!!!
