Hostal El Portal

My stay at this hostel caused a very serious issue for me. After staying there, I developed multiple inflamed bites all over my body, which strongly suggests a hygiene problem, possibly bed bugs or insects in the bedding. This has severely affected my health and my trip. For several days I have been dealing with intense itching, pain, and visible wounds on my body. I have not been able to sleep properly, wear normal clothing, or continue my travel comfortably. This situation completely disrupted my trip and caused both physical and emotional distress. I expected basic cleanliness and safety, which unfortunately was not met

Nous sommes couverts de pictures d'insectes, on a d'abord cru a des moustiques, il s'avère que c'étaient des punaises de lit/bed bugs !! Nous avions la chambre 1 "Chop", faites attention ! A noter : électricité que quelques heures/jour et pas d'eau chaude
