Me and my friend both suffered from bed bugs bites after staying at the hostel. Sometimes the bite marks won’t show up till a week later. It became a very big problem after we got back.

Got bed bugs bites, although my friends were ok.

I stayed at this hostel recently and unfortunately had a negative experience. After spending one night in Room 308, Bed 08, I discovered multiple bed bug bites all over my body the following day. I informed the staff to make them aware of the situation. The location is convenient and the service was good, but this issue needs to be seriously addressed. I hope they take immediate action to treat the issue so future guests don’t go through the same experience.

Es begann schon damit, dass alle Zimmer vertauscht wurden und wir alles aus dem Zimmer erneut rausräumen mussten, dann hatten wir endlich unser Zimmer, in dem waren dann aber Bettwanzen und verschiedene Flecke auf den Laken zu finden waren, dies war meine schlechteste Reise, welche ich jemals unternommen habe!

My sons got bitten by some bed bugs there, the staff offered to buy antiallergic medicine. My oldest son's face was really badly swollen

We stayed yesterday with my girlfriend in a private room ( of course ) and I can say everything was good. The young woman on the morning shift was very kind to us and she helped us a lot. We didn't find any bed bugs as some people complain in some older reviews so I put 5/5 on this hotel.

Había 6 lockers en una habitación de 8 personas y 4 de ellos estaban rotos y no cerraban, pero te dicen que ellos no se hacen responsables de lo que no esté bajo llave (?). El Wifi inexistente. Por otra parte, estoy bastante segura de que en mi cama había chinches… amanecí con toda la pierna llena de picaduras y las ventanas estaban completamente cerradas, no pudieron ser mosquitos.

Bedbugs in my bed, dirty room, loud. They don’t want to give refund and accused me of bringing bed bugs to the room even tho people in previous reviews had mentioned bedbugs of being there. Schreckliche Menschen!

The beds are not comfortable at all. You can hear everything through the walls, people talking and laughing, it was almost impossible to sleep, we had to bang on the wall for them to quiet down. They don't provide any towels, shampoo, soap. The communal water jug was dirty. They are not flexible at all with check-in, they wont hold your bags securely. You can put them in an open room with no lock at risk they can be stolen.

Horrible : chambre salle, nous avons eu des punaises de lit et au début le directeur nous a juste proposer de changer les draps, attention ils ne comptent pas essayer de les enlever !! Et personnel super désagréable (sauf 1 mec compétent qui nous a bien aidé)

Hate to say it but Bed Bugs are a major problem.

I got bed bugs!!! I stayed at Jaeger's Munich for two nights during Oktoberfest. I woke up the first morning with just a couple of bites on my arm and a sore throat. I later found out this was an allergic reaction to bed bugs. I woke up the second morning of my stay and found 5 large bites on my arm, my throat was constricted and I figured it was just mosquito bites. But 10-15 hours later, I had 23 bites in total on my arms and feet. I had to toss my jacket, my shoes, my luggage, my backpack.

Great location and rooms and facilities were good. However, unfortunately we were unlucky to experience bed bugs. We understand that maintaining the bugs is a challenge for hostels so that's not the reason for 3 stars. 3 stars because of the way they treated us as guests, with the manager refusing to talk to us directly on the matter. They changed our linen and offered us to refund our washing at an external laundry, however once we received a quote from their recommended laundry, they would not agree. We spent most of our day (which should have been at Oktoberfest) trying to sort it out. In the end, the washing was done for all 8 of us, throughout the night in their single washing machine and dryer by their staff. I would recommend it as a great place to stay, as long as you don't run into any issues!

My stay was nice and I especially loved the theme and the atmosphere. The location is also ideal. However, I think my particular bed had bedbugs, so I think they should do more inspections, etc.

Bedbugs, I'm an allergic person, so everything was a nightmare. Plus, nobody even booking or the hostel takes responsibility for the medicine charges because I had an allergic reaction.

BEDBUGS!! Another girl in my room was also bitten. I've reacted so badly I had to go to the doctors at the hospital emergency. Photo included is the non-gnarly version of what i currently look like. When I told the guy at reception he just said 'oh sorry about that'

It would have been nice for the bathroom to be supplied with a new or dry floor mat. There is seating area in the foyer but was dark as they use dimmer lights. There is 1 laundry for wash and dry and it worked well. I had bed bugs. I had bite marks that were itchy and thought they were mosquito bites but there was several cluster of bites along my leg, arms and face. I didn't realise they were actually bed bugs until the last day after I had left the hostel (as I have never experienced this before) so I did not have a chance to notify reception.

BEDBUGS! WORST HOSTEL EVER! Booked for 3 nights for me and my girlfriend, and after the first night I felt my skin itching: it was BEDBUGS. When we told the staf they kicked us out without offering us any alternative. We had to look for a hotel for ourselfs and afterwards they were unwilling to compensate us for the hotel they force us to book. When I went to speak with them the following day I decided to check the room were I had stayed the night before and there were still people there, which means they didn't do anything in order to prevent the spread of bedbugs. Besides the fact of having BEDGUGS and kicking us out with no alternative, the place in itself was really dirty. To be fair though, they eventually refunded us the nights we stayed there (which we had to fight for), but this doesn't compensate the itching, the pain and other consequences.

I would give it 0 star if I could. Worst accommodation experience ever. Staff was rude and bed bugs bite so bad!!!!!!

ミュンヘンの中央駅から歩いてすぐ。立地はすごく便利です。ミュンヘンのクリスマスマーケットが開催されるマリエン広場まで、街並みを見ながら歩いて15分ほど。部屋は男女混合ドミトリーで、各ベッドに電源あり。ロッカーも十分な大きさのものがベッド数用意されています。部屋にトイレとシャワーが設置されていて、真夜中でもトイレのために部屋を出なくてもいいのですが、同部屋の宿泊者にやや気を遣います。 受付の方で日本人の方がいて、大変親切にイベントの場所など教えてくれました。人気なのも納得のホスピタリティで、だからこそだと思うのですが、Bed bug(ダニ)も入り込むチャンスが多いのかなと、両腕数カ所喰われて思いました。ドイツは冬でも部屋は暖かいのでダニや南京虫が出たりします。入れ替わりの激しい部屋では寝るときダニ防止シーツを敷くか、長袖を着て寝ましょう。

They have BED BUGS and the bathrooms are disgusting!! When I went downstairs to tell the lady in the front desk about the bugs she didnt even look surprised!!

Had Bed bugs (got a full refund)!

Woke up the first morning to bed bugs. Demanded a room change, and within two minutes in the new room, found more bed bugs. I can't recommend for people to stay here until this situation is solved.

One word : BEDBUGS. When our roommate informed the receptionist that she hadn't slept all night because she was busy getting bitten by bedbugs, and asked her money back, he went to the manager and they started making fun of her. They even refused at first to give her money back, and only accepted a full refund after she threatened to inform everyone about the bugs. They obviously knew everything about the bugs and did nothing. My friend has three huge bites. To add more, they didn't even have a place to store the luggage and you had to buy your own locker, plus you had to pay for everything extra (like towels). Decent breakfast at a moderate price (5 euros). Tons of noise at night, almost impossible to sleep without earplugs from the noise that several drunk people were doing in the corridors. No one bothered to tell them to stop by the way. Overall, don't even think about going there, there are other much better and as cheap as this one solutions in Munich.
