Brussels Hotel Continental

I woke up in the morning with several insect bites. The window was shut and no mosquitos in the room, and from how the bite looks, I suspect there may have been bed bugs on the bed. I reported this to the reception and sent an email to the hotel but no response after more than one week.

I only stayed one night in this hotel and in the morning, I woke up and saw a bed bug crawling on my bed. I quickly gathered all of my belongings and went downstairs to check out. I alerted the front desk that there were bed bugs on the bed and showed a picture. They were not helpful at all and did not seem concerned. The only thing the employee would say is that they would have to talk to the manager, which wasn’t working today. This is very disappointing and unacceptable that they don’t treat bed bugs more seriously and I won’t be staying here again.
