I found bed bugs on my bed. I also started coughing and getting itchy when I was in the room too long. The room smelt mouldy or just dirty. Luckily I only stayed a night. There is no proper kitchen, only a microwave and toaster, but this isn’t stated on booking.com. Staff weren’t particularly friendly. Not too expensive but far too expensive for what you get.

Nefasto, lo peor que te puedes encontrar. Hay cucarachas por todos lados. Hay chinches y te levantas con picaduras. Los platos de ducha oxidados. Hable con una de las limpiadoras y solo trabajan 4 horas cobrando una miseria y encima se le exige que sean super limpias cuando por mucho que limpien no podran quitar la suciedad acumulada. El trato a los trabajadores deja mucho que desear. Sin duda no volvere.

An honestly good Hostel overall. The manager, with so much warmth and kindness, resolved our initial issue and made our stay much better. There were helpful young people around and lots of smiles. And best of all, no bed bugs in the rooms we stayed in which is always a plus. Clean sheets, good cleanliness, comfy pillows (which is always a pleasant surprise, Everyone was very accommodating and made it so that I would definitely stay there again.

WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Checked in with 2 other girls (aged 22-26, Canadian) for a 3 night stay as the rooms didn’t look too bad for the price point on the website, only stayed 1 night. - Door to room not attached to frame - mould on bathroom ceiling - floors, ceiling, bed sheets, pillows all stained - Potential bed bugs - Insecure lockers - Unsteady beds, broken railings - Creepy DO NOT RECOMMEND this for any young backpackers (female or male) looking for a fun, clean, and safe hostel.

No recomiendo para nada, habitaciones con chinches en la planta baja, recepcionistas mal educados, en la cocina te roban la comida de la nevera parece un club de amigos más que un hostal, lo único bueno es la amabilidad de los chicos de mantenimiento y de las chicas de la limpieza, por lo demás... Calidad precio pésimo demasiado caro para ser un hostal de mala muerte.

This place doesn't deserve as many negative reviews as it has! Thankfully there were no bedbugs (contrary to other reviews' comments), and the worst thing was that the shower doors couldn't be opened while you're in the shower room so you have to open both doors at the same time to get in the shower. It is quite noisy at night but what can you expect if you stay in the city centre?! I just used earplugs and it was fine.

No stars. Left after seeing the place. Stains, mold and holes all over the walls. Showers extremely dirty. Utterly diigusting place. Bed sheets full of black dots, bed bug rests, very unclean. Very disappointing. Not for Human beings.

The hostel was absolutely terrible. The sheets were dirty and there was bed bugd, there was especially mold on the walls and in the shower, and the wall seemed to be crumbling.

Well, not a good experience. Check-in was mass confusion. None of the power or lights worked in the room, so no charging phone or camera etc. Woke up with severe bites on my body from what I suspect was bed bugs. All this an the most expensive hostel I stayed at on my trip. 👎

Fine hostel for a stag do but marred completely by the bedbugs, which we only noticed on our last night there. Fortunately reception were apologetic, but I still have bites. I'd stay here if you have to, but check your room for bed bugs first.

Terrible stay! Do not reccomend. I was given a four bed hostel to find out in the middle of the night that my bed was infested with bed bugs, as were all the other beds in the room. I complained and wasn't offered any refund only to move me in a different room which was cheaper than the room I had paid for. Definitely not worth it as I have now bug bites all over me. Terrible !!

There are BED BUGS!!!

Bed bugs infestation - Bettwanzen überall. We had a 4 bed dorm (room 5). Half an hour after lights out we got bit by bed bugs and fled the room. They everywhere in the beds, walls, ceiling and flour. Even outside the room. They have been there in every size and we found them later on our cloth. Got a refund for the room but we found out later that it is a known problem in this hostel. They shouldn't have guests until the whole building is clean. Is irresponsible and disgusting!!!
