If it were possible to wipe this hotel off the face of the Earth, it would be the best option for protecting people from being scammed and let down by this misunderstanding that dares to call itself a hotel. First of all, the management team are nothing but scammers and liars! Regrettably, we booked this place for two nights and the first awful thing we discovered was, that you would NEVER, EVER get any sleep there, even with the windows closed. It’s unbelievably loud outside and there’s no chance of getting a proper night’s rest. Second, and worst of all, BEDBUGS! Yes, the hotel is absolutely infested with them. We were bitten multiple times and the bite marks became swollen, inflamed and unbearably itchy. We were forced to seek medical help and were prescribed antibiotics. We left our room immediately after 2:00 a.m. when we spotted the bedbugs and were already covered in bites and then we spent the entire night at the reception trying to contact the so-called manager, Booking.com and get a refund. Long story short, the manager finally showed up in the morning and promised to arrange a full refund, admitting that the hotel is in completely unacceptable condition and could easily cause health problems. But after agreeing that the refund would be made within a few days, the Phenix Hotel suddenly stopped answering phone calls and emails. We had to claim our money back through our bank and the investigation is still ongoing. Even worse, the hotel management together with Booking.com had the nerve to argue with the bank and lie to them as well. Guys, here’s the recommendation - STAY AWAY from this SCAMMERS like the Phenix Hotel. Save your health, your money, your time and your nerves.

This ismy first time leaving a review ever. We checked in to find the room smelled with cigarette and the smoke alarm was covered. Informed front desk but was not even offered to change room. In the morning woke up with many bed bugs on headboard and on the bed. That was my first and hopefully last time to experience bedbugs. It made us itch and made me scared of laying in any bed now. Hotel did not even offer any compensation or refund. horrible horrible hotel. If I can only send the whole video of the room and bedbugs

Tout était presque parfait jusqu'à ce que je retrouve des punaises de lit dans ma chambre.

Hôtel vétuste et infesté de punaises de lit à fuir! Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit dans cet établissement , en arrivant l’accueil était fade. La chambre attribuée avait une odeur de renfermée et de cigarette comme l’a reconnu lui même le réceptionniste. Aucun système d’air conditionné n’était présent , pour la douche deux petits savons , mais aucun wahhoo.??? Par dessus tout cela, le parking en principe compris dans le prix était soit disant en travaux ce qui nous obligeait à aller garer sur les places d une supérette a 200 m de l’établissement avec un seul badge pour tout les occupants a remettre a chaque entrée et sortie! De retour a notre chambre vers 00h00, c’est aux environs de 4h25 que ma compagne est réveillée par une morsure qu’elle pensait d’un moustique 🦟, mais après inspection je perçois deux punaises de lit aux abords du draps , et là on panique 😱totalement pour cet énorme risque pour notre bébé de 5 mois. On décide donc de partir sur le champ, en descendant à l’accueil, j’explique au monsieur photos à l’appui qu’il y’a des punaises de lit dans la chambre , et que je souhaite être remboursé pour vétusté et mes punaises de lit. De mauvaise foi, le monsieur a refusé de nous écouter . Voilà pourquoi nous exprimons notre extrême déception pour cette plateforme Booking, nous exigeons un remboursement, et le retrait de cet établissement du site.
