Possible bed bugs but also maybe just mosquito bites.

Staff was not very knowledgeable and at times rude and there were multiple issues with my reservation. All the light bulbs were missing from the room except for an old dusty floor lamp. Cleaning staff came into the room while I was resting and I noticed she re-folded the used blanket and put it back in the bed for a new guest. I asked her if they wash those and she simply responded "NO" . I said "what about bed bugs?" and she just shrugged. Unfortunately the great location does not make up for ALL of the inconveniences and health risks. I wasn't expecting 5 stars, but at least clean, comfortable and pleasant would have been nice.

Name of the hostel on google maps and on the building at the listed address is All Days Hostel, not Nox hostel, this led to some confusion when we arrived. Had trouble contacting reception for check in, they were unable to hear us when we used the red phone at the door and didn't buzz us in. One of the residents staying at the hostel ended up letting us in. On the first night of what was supposed to be a two night stay, my sister and I were attacked by what were according to the consultant at the pharmacy across the street probably bed bugs. I did not sleep a wink due to constant itching. We ended up checking out after one night. We booked a room at the Hotel next door, then headed to the laundromat down the street and threw all of our cloths into a dryer to blast them on high heat in order to kill any bed bugs we may have picked up. Later on we ironed all our cloths and sprayed them with bed bug spray. The Hotel across the street was great, and I was able to get some sleep. I looked up All Days Hostel reviews on line and saw that other people were complaining of bug bites as well. However, if you search under Nox hostel, these reviews do not appear.

The last two nights we were hit with a moderately severe amount of bed bug bites and had to fully sanitize and decontaminate all our belongings once we returned home
