City Center Best Hostel Milano

The bed bugs are real. Careful during your stay. Overall nice quiet place if you need to sleep before you head out.

Ok place, close to the center and the subway station, it has a kitchen and the receptionists are super kind. There are only two bathrooms and most of the time we had to wait to use them. It doesn't have much of a hostel vibe, it's not the best place to make friends and do extra activities, but for sleeping it works for the purpose. BEDBUGS!!!!!! At the end of the stay I felt itching all over my body and during the night I could feel discomfort and something like bites that caused irritation in the following days.

there are bed bugs in the female dorm, i really recommend not going there

The room was not too crowded but the doors to the rooms were open to everybody and the front door also didn’t latch so anyone in the building could come in which wasn’t the best. There was a locked gate to enter the building but no keys for guests so you had to get buzzed in before like 11:00 or know you would be out later and borrow the key for the gate. There was a basic kitchen with 2 cook tops, one of the ladies in my room had a lot of bites and took photos of bedbugs as well.

The place itself is good for the price, just we had bed bugs running around and I have bed bugs bites.

DO NOT STAY HERE! this is a converted apartment which is neglected and filthy. We had blood and other stains on the bedding, bedbugs and mould (see photos). We complained verbally, via email and via Agoda and they did nothing on every occasion. Shouldn't even be open.

NEVER stay here, the place has bed bugs. At least when I stayed there I killed two bed bugs that had taken blood from someone, staff didn’t care at all. The place was full of weird people, old men working on their computers all night. Not clean at all, showers disgusting. I’ve stayed in many hostels and never given a rating under 7 but this was a horror experience.
