Why this surfaced

Repeated, deduplicated traveler-review reports matched these incident categories:

One report can match more than one category. Counts describe review reports, not independently verified incidents.

These are reports in traveler reviews, not independently verified incidents. Duplicate review text and strong repeat-reviewer identities count once.

Category matches are automated. Relevant passages are exact review quotes selected from concrete incident wording, not hidden model rationales. If none appears, treat the match as suspect and check the full review.

Welcome to Sveva the hostel of HORRORS. Your nightmare away from home. Staff aims to make your visit as disturbing and disgusting as possible. If you don’t enjoy cigarette burns in the sheets, the smell of mold permeating the air, building doors are left wide open at night or having your phone, money and personal items stolen while you're asleep, this isn’t the place for you. This place should be condemned. TURN BACK NOW.

All keys for rooms are the same—I had a stranger unlock my door and walk into my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. Beware of that when leaving things in your room while you’re gone. Terrace is beautiful and location is good.

Every key locks every door and you get stolen from regularly. We met 3 different groups who stayed herr and everybody said there were stolen from (headphones, shoes,…) someone breaks into the room while you are away

During our stay at night on April 5, while we slept in the room - two mobile phones, ID card and money of one travelller was stolen exactly from the bedroom!!! Owner declined option to look to the cameras to recognize robbery - he told a camers don't work. I don't believe in that, because at the previous day at the check-in I saw all cameras was working and every space was visible on multiple screens! A room lock was broken from inside, so a room could not to be locked. Owner totally ignored our requests t

Communication with the host is poor. Was thinking of extending my stay and emailed him, but no response. The host walked into my room without knocking! There is not much hot water and the shower attachments are broken. The room locks do not work very well. My 'ensuite' room was a separate door from the common hallway, but the door could not be locked. Massive 'party' or commotion the last night from many young people causing excessive noise and damage. No means to alert the host.!

Room itself was good. All the staff honestly gave me the creeps I felt uncomfortable . Nobody spoke English, the owner tried to come into my room while I was in there without knocking. No kettle or microwave in the kitchen just stove and a fridge with unclean cuttlery.

DON’T STAY HERE. We arrived at midnight, as we had informed the owner, but no one opened the door even after ringing the doorbell and calling a billion times. We only got in, after 1h, because a guest opened the door - they told us to choose a random room, out of the open ones, because that’s what they did. The conditions were okay, but if it was for the owner, we wouldn’t have had a place to sleep last night. This morning, the owner tried to open our door at 7am telling us it’s check-in time. W
