LAX guest house

Upon arrival, I was checked in then told by the same guy “you’re small, a young woman & the room is full of men…” as if I were to become intimidated. He then calls a woman downstairs -Ariana-and she decides to place me in a different location upstairs. Once upstairs I go up top the bunk , throughout the night I couldn’t sleep because of a strong odor. I hear a sound as if water is pouring and it was actually the man below me urinating inside a cup while laying down. I seen the same cup hanging on his mattress full of urine that morning. I sent photos to another tenant who sent it to Ariana. So next day I go into the room I was originally going to stay in , I slept that night , woke up was eating at the dining table and when back into climb on the top bunk and seen a bed bug crawling around. I told staff and the only response I got was “where”. They were hardly shocked at all.
