   none I asked them on WhatsApp and they said check in closes at 10.30pm, but they can arrange my bed before and I can show the staff passport the next day. And before I arrived, I asked them again and they refused...... and it's not refundable... It's a scam. That's why the rating is so low. Never ever book this hostel.

   Hello everyone, I just want to warn you about a certain motel. I booked a women-only room through Booking.com. I don’t speak English fluently, but I can communicate. The owner was very rude and cold. He immediately asked for my passport, took a photo of it, and refused to give it back at first. He showed me the room – and there were already two men sleeping in the lower bunk beds. My bed was supposed to be on the top bunk. I asked him for a room with women only, as I had booked, but he told me to leave. Then, two more men appeared in the doorway, and I could barely get out. I managed to squeeze past them and went outside – they followed me. I asked for my passport again, but he still refused to return it. Only after I said I would call the police did he go inside and bring it back to me. I was shaking. I locked myself in my car and sat there for 10 minutes to calm down. Ladies, please be careful! Even now, as I write this, I still feel nervous. Wishing you all a safe and pleasant stay in L.A.

   Nothing The manager verbally abused my mother telling her he could punch her in the face and throw her into the street for being late literally, threatened violence, and forced her to sleep in the hallway instead of a bed. He called her old and told her to shut up. She is 78 years old and I was enraged by his behavior towards her as she was all alone. I informed the hotel in advance of a late arrival, they confirmed. Regardless, this treatment is unacceptable. I requested a full refund and expect booking.com to take action against this property to ensure no one else faces such horrific treatment.

   Not much at all! The guy that runs it smokes weed with his friends, the whole house smells like weed, turns paying guests away, it’s a scam. Walks unannounced into private rooms, is a drunk, and gets violent with guests . The guy was in and out of the room, swearing, I did not sleep a wink and left as soon as I could because I feared for my safety. This property should not be allowed to be advertised on here!!

   De nada... Nem check in fizeram p mim Chegando ao local fiquei mais de 5 horas esperando alguém aparecer, pois ninguém sabia me informar nada. Depois de 5 horas esperando apareceu um homem mal encarado perguntando o que eu queria. Como não sou fluente no inglês comecei a fazer perguntas a ele, momento em que este começou a me xingar, parecia que estava drogado e iria me bater. Sai correndo de lá e fui então para outro hostel. Pior experiência da minha vida, e pedi reembolso e ainda não fui reembolsado. Eu devo compartilhar isso para que outras pessoas não caiam nessa fria que a booking me colocou. Decepção total, e o mínimo que espero é ser reembolsado. Horrível

   Absolutely a joke! They guys managing the place enter your room and steal your things from bag They took 1 coffe , chocolates And MY PASSPORT I'm stuck in 🇺🇸 for days to make a new one No answer by phone, message STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
