Beds are full of bedbugs 😔

Lit infesté de dizaines de punaises de lit. Problème dans toute l'auberge après avoir discuté avec d'autres voyageurs. Lit qui grince, avec oreiller et couverture très vieillissante Pi Absence de climatisation. Auberge située juste au-dessus d'un bar très très bruyant et fréquenté. While we had no problems people from other rooms reported bedbugs and even showed us videos where they where clearly visible

The beds are infected by bed bugs. I was completely bitten, I couldn't stay in my bed. I had to wait in the corridor and had no sleep. Disgusting, this is outrageous! And as the first night of my trip, I am now stressed to have bugs in my bag. Nobody answer my email. The hostel should be closed down

BED BUGS! Do NOT come to this place no matter what, we all got absolutely covered in them. There was no reception so checking in took very long and the address given for the place isn't even the right one. No phone number to call or any email.

Bed bugs! I ignored the other reviews about bed bugs because they were from last year. I found 2 fully grown bed bugs and a lot of tiny baby bed bugs crawling around. They get into your clothes and bags. When you get home your whole home gets infested. This is serious and not a joke. I stripped down outside and left all my stuff outside the home and still somehow the bed bugs managed to get inside. I am really pissed now because now I have to deal with that too!

I left with over 100 bed bugs bites, ruin my entire trip

Bed bugs!! no reception! no room key! and rooms smell very bad

- The keyboxes had the same passcode which I felt is unsafe. (I know this bc i helped unlock some girls’ boxes when they arrived and were struggling to pull it open). - The floor in our room looked like it hasn’t been mopped in forever. Same in the showers. - No ventilation in the bathroom, so it smelled and there were hairs everywhere. - The plugs looked unsafe to use and were poorly placed in the room. - The overall layout of the room. We could barely move around without bumping into the clothes rack or each other. Also could use at least a chair or a smaller piece of furniture to put and lock our important things in. - The mattress was uneven and not very comfortable to sleep on.

La primera noche encontramos chinches y al momento contactamos con el alojamiento, nos mandaron literalmente una conversación con chat gpt en la cual decía que no eran peligrosa. Después de ello no nos pusieron ninguna solución y tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes limpiaran la habitación de las chinches, era muy antihigiénico.

Non c’è igiene, non c’è organizzazione , l’ hostes non risponde mai non è presente e non aiuta, c’erano le cimici da letto dentro il materasso e si vedeva chiaramente che non avevano cambiato i lenzuoli e che c’erano ancora i capelli delle persone che avevano dormito lì prima di me

I couldn't sleep in my bed; my bed was taken, and I couldn't sleep in the free bed either because there were bedbugs. I had to sleep in the hallway fully clothed. Did I get enough sleep? I couldn't sleep. Hostel support isn't responding to my messages or calls, and no one wanted to solve the problem. My night and my health were ruined. I was bitten, and I hope I didn't get infected. Accommodation like this shouldn't be listed. It violates all sanitary regulations. I will continue to complain and write to get this problem resolved and my money returned.
