J’ai développé de nombreuses piqûres d’insectes pendant mon séjour et j’ai trouvé une punaise de lit dans mon lit. J’ai dû consulter à l’hôpital à plusieurs reprises en raison de réactions allergiques. Malgré les preuves fournies, la direction n’a pas reconnu le problème ni proposé de solution adaptée. La propreté générale de la chambre était moyenne. Le petit déjeuner est peu varié et de qualité assez limitée.

Service was really nice. But my friend had bed bugs in her bed and the manager tried to tell him it’s not bed bugs. But the receptionist and the other staff is really nice.
