The strongest reason to book is the location and price, plus practical basics like hot water, Wi-Fi, towels, and sometimes a water dispenser or luggage storage. The tradeoff is serious. Access runs through a crowded market-style ground floor, then up busy lifts that can mean long waits. Rooms are very small, often windowless, and built for sleeping rather than hanging out.
