No ac and you need to rent towels and there is a bedbugs and actual bugs in the room. I got bitten everywhere

The nice impression was spoiled by the discovery that we had been bitten by bed bugs and that we had brought them home. We have bites on our arms, legs and neck.

There were bed bugs! I was bitten all over.

Nice hostel but I got bed bugs. Probably 20 bites that itch like crazy. I was in room 6 all female 8-person, in bed number 3. If you choose to stay here inspect your bed very closely before you decide to stay. I found one bug casing but wasn’t able to see any other bugs just the bites. The receptionist was very helpful and gave me a refund however they did not have any other beds so I chose to leave and stay somewhere else. Otherwise, pretty good facilities only other complaint is it’s very loud with the with the windows open and extremely hot in the rooms. Lockers also barely fit anything.

Two words : BED BUGS, saw the marks after 3 nights and actually saw one crawling on the curtain when I woke up, left immediately. Seems like they've been infested for a while when I checked the comments (which I should have before coming) Showers were small and uncomfortable, doors to the dorms are never locked and small lockers for valuable items.

In this location is VERY LOUD from the street, first night of my stay I didn't sleep at all, even that I have good earplugs. All premises are in poor condition. The bathrooms on 3rd floor are DISGUSTING, walls with fungus, trash and hair all over the floor. Mold odour and visible mold on showers. The showers have only a sticky curtain covering them, the water pressure was not good. There were no space in the shower to put your things. The air extractor was full of dust, it has not been cleaned for a long time. Lockers in the rooms are ridiculously small, a carry on suitcase won't fit. Most of the people couldn’t fit their luggage there, so there is a safety concern. They have SERIOUS PROBLEM with cleanliness, which makes recurring issue with bedbugs. And cleanliness is one of the most important thing in hostel to feel comfortable. I won’t recommend this place, if you have choice, choose sth better. The place is in the centre, but is completely not worth the money.

Lamentablente mi cama tenía chinches… amanecí con picaduras siendo alérgica

Hubiese sido fantástica la experiencia pero lamentablemente mi espacio tenía chinches de cama y soy alérgica por ende tuve picaduras muy muy hinchadas… el personal fue muy amable al respecto, no tenían otra cama por lo que ofrecieron o devolverme el dinero o cambiar la ropa de cama y echar veneno. Lamentablemente no había otro hostel cerca al cual irme por ende decidí quedarme a pesar de esas condiciones

Very noisy during the night at the weekend, also the windows could be improved for this reason...need some support for sleeping! The lockers are very minimal, which is the worst. Still, I am waiting to understand if they have bed bugs, since I have some red spots on my skin.

Cheguei dia 21.05.23 a noite e fui bem recepcionada, mas às 2:20 da manhã encontrei percevejo na cortina do hostel. Acordei com mordidas nas pernas e braços. Comuniquei ao segurança que fica no 3 andar onde fiquei no quarto com 8 camas o mesmo me deu outro quarto (n. 6), mas não aceitei dormir com 10 pessoas. Vim para a área de convivência e trouxe do outro quarto um lençol e um travesseiro. O mesmo pediu para falar baixo para não incomodar o restante das pessoas e eu desnorteada querendo sumir, ele disse para eu tirar a roupa e colocar num saco que ele trouxe e pedindo para eu ficar quieta que iria devolver o dinheiro. Não comunicaram a situação as outras duas pessoas que estavam dormindo dentro do quarto. Disse que queria resolver porque eu sou uma pessoa com dificuldade de mobilidade e a resposta mal educada foi que ele era também era doente. Passei a noite numa ante sala e sem conseguir dormir. Falei com minha advogada a situação e a mesma disse que eu deveria ser idenizada por tal descaso. No GOOGLE vi que há dois meses houve uma reclamação igual e a resposta foi a mesma dada a mim, que eram os hóspedes que traziam os bichos nas malas. Então só frequentam o local pessoas com malas infestadas de percevejos. Me senti acusada por uma coisa que não é verdade. Eles não mantém o local com a limpeza adequada.
