Hostel Louna is a plain, old-building base in central Pärnu, close to the old town, bus station, parks, restaurants, and the beach. It works best as a simple place to sleep rather than a social hostel: quiet is a common theme, and the atmosphere can feel oddly institutional instead of backpacker-buzzy. Single beds rather than bunks appear in at least part of the dorm setup, which is useful if bunk beds are not your thing. Rooms and hallways can be spacious, towels may be included, Wi-Fi works well, and a kitchen is available, though the equipment can be patchy. Laundry may also be available. This is not a polished place. The building and shared spaces can feel old, worn, dark, and overdue for upgrades.
