This Ho(s)tel

Unfortunately my stay was disappointing as on my first night I had to ask for new sheets twice since they were dirty and stained. After that, I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs on the bed and mattress and had to request a room change. The second night I discovered that the room they gave me after, had non-functional plugs meaning I had to charge my phone at reception overnight (props to the gentleman who works night shift Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays he saved my trip). The third night the AC wouldn’t turn off so I woke up w a sore throat and belly aches which eventually evolved to a cold throughout the day. While again the staff were really polite and did their best to help, the dirtiness and inconvenience issues I had really affected my stay making me crash out every night.

lastimosamente nos regrasamos infectadas por picaduras de chinches de cama (bedbug). la última noche nos picaron y amanecimos con mucha picazón y granitos, al transcurrir el día las picaduras picaban aún más y aumentaron su tamaño. consultamos con el médico y ahora estamos con medicamentos y cremas !!!!

There was a blood stain on the sheets, which we noticed at night, so we had to sleep with a towel over it. I slept with clothes on and the next day we complained to reception, who promised to clean it. By the evening, the stain was still there. When we complained again, we were offered another room, which would be fine for me, but the other room was also dirty, with crumbs and stains everywhere, so i felt very uncomfortable as i have fear of bringing home bed bugs and if the room is not cleaned properly the chances of that happening are very high. :(
