BED BUGS! // PUNAISES DE LIT! I found a bed bug on the mattress (under the blankets) upon my arrival. Ended up leaving and asking for a refund, which I was thankfully granted. The team was super understanding, said they had already been working on treating the place and thought the issue was solved. Apparently not. I am sure they will take necessary measures to get rid of them but I would be extra cautious and check everything if I were to stay there. Very unfortunate, considering the place looked amazing, common areas and rooms.

BED BUGS! When I woke up at 11:08 pm with scratches and bites all over my body. I walked down many flights of stairs to call the hostel reception. They were not apologetic upon hearing I had been bitten by bedbugs. Nor did they offer a refund unless asked. I was only granted a refund for one night. Ridiculous! When I showed the bites on my body they even denied that they were bed bug bites. After having a terrible experience and being further invalidated by the staff it’s an awful experience abroad. I became ill afterwards and not wanting to travel while in this state, I booked more nights. I would not recommend this hostel to any loved ones of mine. Safe travels to all!

Es fehlten: - kostenlose Handtücher - im Innenhof einen gemütlichen Platz um sich aufzuhalten - Vorhänge an den Betten Leider hatte das 14 Betten Schlafzimmer Bettwanzen (von denen das Hostel-Team wusste, da überall Fallen aufgestellt waren, die leider nichts gebracht haben)

The hostel looks amazing and stays true to Mediterranean design concepts. Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant stay as I got bit by bed bugs. However the hostel resolved the issue and provided me a refund. They were easy to deal with, even during difficult conversations. I recommend maintaining some staff in the hostel at night to deal with issues like mine.

O predio historico Art Nouveau e o gancho aqui, dando ao Hostel Soller mais sensacao de pequeno hotel do que de parada crua de beliche. E limpo, estiloso e perto do centro de Soller, com o GR221 e dias de montanha bem no ponto pratico ideal. A estrutura compartilhada e melhor que a generica: cozinha bem equipada, bastante espaco de geladeira, banheiros limpos, lockers embaixo das camas e um pequeno patio ou terraco para comer e ficar. As areas comuns funcionam para ler, cozinhar e socializar discretamente, e a atmosfera pode ser amigavel e facil para conhecer gente sem virar uma maquina de festa. O cafe da manha pode incluir suco de laranja fresco, cafe, opcoes em estilo espanhol e as vezes sourdough, mas o valor e misto o bastante para usar a cozinha ou lojas proximas ser a jogada mais esperta. A equipe costuma ser prestativa e calorosa, embora a cobertura da recepcao e a consistencia do servico possam variar. E mais forte para trilheiros, exploradores de Soller e viajantes que querem uma base bonita e limpa com voltagem social relaxada. E menos ideal para quem busca sono profundo, privacidade, suporte com equipe a noite toda ou uma conta com cara de hostel barato.

- Dormitorios sob o telhado ou em quartos maiores podem parecer apertados, quentes ou abafados.
- O barulho pode viajar da rua, corredor, portas, banheiros, encanamento e outras camas.
- A recepcao pode nao estar sempre ocupada, especialmente mais tarde no dia ou a noite.
- Cafe da manha, toalhas, lencois, agua e precos de quartos privados podem parecer caros para a estrutura.
- Algumas camas nao tem cortinas de privacidade, e tomadas podem ser estranhas ou limitadas.
- Problemas anteriores com percevejos aconteceram; faz sentido conferir o colchao na chegada.
- Estacionar por perto pode ser dificil.
