El hotel está en mi buena ubicación, pero no lo recomiendo. Hay muchos mosquitos y los colchones están a reventar de chinches y puede ser que pulgas. Las sábanas no las cambian, la verdad está en muy malas condiciones. Mi familia y yo salimos reventados de picaduras en todo el cuerpo.

El hotel es un verdadero desastre. La limpieza y desinfección de las habitaciones es inexistente. La habitación 1301 que nos asignaron era un nido para insectos y bacterias. La cama estaba infestada de cucarachas que se metían en el colchón, que estaba lleno de huecos y parecía sacado de un basurero. La cama matrimonial estaba desgastada y con huecos, y en otras habitaciones de mi familia encontramos chinches. Cuando reclamamos, la respuesta fue risible: "No es posible, somos cuidadosos con la limpieza". ¡Absurdo! Si fueran cuidadosos, no hubiéramos encontrado cucarachas y chinches en las camas. Contamos con videos y fotografías que evidencian que no son nada cuidadosos. Las habitaciones eran antiguas y olían a humedad, lo que demuestra la falta de mantenimiento y preocupación por la salud de los huéspedes. La solución que nos ofrecieron fue aceptar una habitación suite que también tenía problemas, con olor a humedad y cañerías en mal estado. En mi opinión, el hotel tiene un servicio pésimo y unas instalaciones antiguas y sucias. La falta de higiene y mantenimiento es inaceptable y pone en riesgo la salud de los huéspedes.
