Good Location and Parking Options Bathrooms are away from room . There were bed bugs in my bed.

Fantastic location attached to their restaurant which was wonderful. I think we got bed bugs from the hostel.The shared areaby the reception was potentially very nice, but it was filthy. The bin was overflowing and rubbish was on the floor. Considering how well run the restaurant was- good food and lovely staff -I was a bit taken aback!

I was worried about this place based off of the reviews that I have seen, but really, it wasn’t that that bad. The facility was actually decently clean for hostel standards. I always throughly check for bedbugs and could not find evidence of them here! The staff were friendly and reachable when I needed them. My big complaints came from the guests that I was placed with, but I can’t really fault the hostel for that. The restaurant below had good quality food, the location was beautiful, and a short walk away from some nice outdoor places to sit and read a book and relax. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and small. I stayed on the bottom bunk, and anytime the person above me shifted, the whole bed would shake as well. The guests that I stayed with were not the nicest, but that’s not the hostels fault.

Saucy Mary’s é basicamente uma paragem prática em Skye: localização forte na entrada da ilha, estacionamento fácil, vistas para o mar e um pub/restaurante ao lado. Funciona bem para uma noite simples ou duas enquanto se circula pela ilha. A equipa costuma parecer simpática e prestável, e a comida recebe bastante crédito. Os quartos são básicos e o lugar parece old-school em vez de polido, mas para viajantes que ligam mais à conveniência do que a extras de conforto, cumpre o papel.

- Quartos e casas de banho são muitas vezes básicos, e a casa de banho pode ficar fora do quarto ou no fim do corredor.
- A cozinha partilhada e as instalações comuns podem parecer muito limitadas pelo preço.
- Ruído, interiores gastos e manutenção geral podem ser ásperos.
