Actualmente la limpieza del hotel deja mucho que desear. No es posible recomendarlo. Ya que tuve una mala experiencia con dos pasajeros, se encontraron con chinches en las camas y la limpieza de la habitación no es la óptima.

I feel sorry for the guy but people need to know. My entire body is covered in bed bug bites, they managed to get in my bags so unfortunately I have probably transferred them to other hostels/hotels and now I will have to throw away everything I own and buy new. This turned out to be a very expensive experience I hope others can avoid. Sorry to the owner but he should not lie about this issue to his customers, best to be honest until you get the situation repaired and let the people know what the risks are until all problems are resolved. I am surprised he has not been sued yet for health and property materials lost due to infestation.

HORRIBLE hotel! Bed bugs in my room! bitten all over my back and arms! when reported first thing in the morning, i was told my the older gentleman on reception i should have told them in the middle of the night at reception once i felt the bites. i didn't know for sure what it was in the night because i was half asleep! it was only in the morning i noticed the bites all over me! which i reported FIRST thing once i woke up... No compassion from the gentleman on reception, and i quote when i asked if there was anything he could do for me.... " did you spend the night in the room? " i replied yes, then i can't refund or do anything for you....wow! it was actual laughable. i was really disappointed in the service from this gentleman, clearly has no experience in customer service. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but i feel this needed to be reported.

La terrazza sul tetto è la parte migliore di Check Inn B&B Cuenca: ampie viste sulla città, colazione all'aria aperta e un utile appoggiato sopra il centro storico. La posizione è molto centrale, vicino alla piazza principale, negozi, caffè, farmacie, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche a piedi a Cuenca. L'edificio ha un'atmosfera di vecchia scuola, con un ascensore vintage, ma la configurazione pratica è molto semplice. Le camere possono essere scarse, datate, buie o senza finestre esterne, e i bagni sono condivisi piuttosto che privati. In alcune parti dell'edificio, per raggiungere il bagno o la doccia si può andare ad un altro piano. La colazione è inclusa, ma è piccola e ripetuta: di solito pane, banana, uova e tè o caffè. Ci sono posti dove riporre i bagagli e dove lavare i vestiti, e i bagni sono talvolta tenuti puliti, ma il comfort è irregolare. Non e' una scelta molto buona per soggiorni sensibili al sonno o a cui si concentra il comfort. Pavimenti di legno, muri sottili, rumore stradale, rumore del corridoio e letti tremanti o scomodi sono problemi ricorrenti. Anche l'acqua calda, il Wi-Fi, gli attrezzi da cucina, la pulizia, la gestione dei pagamenti e l'atteggiamento del personale possono essere incoerenti.

- I bagni condivisi possono essere lontani dalla stanza o su un altro piano.
- Il rumore proveniente dalla strada, dai corridoi, dai pavimenti di legno e dalle stanze vicine può essere un problema importante.
- I letti e i cuscini possono essere scomodi o consumati.
- L'acqua calda e il Wi-Fi potrebbero non essere affidabili.
- La colazione è inclusa, ma è molto semplice e piccola.
- Il pagamento con carta, i rimborsi, l'accesso agli asciugamani e l'aiuto del personale potrebbero non essere semplici.
