Bed bug reports

BED BUGS STAY AWAY. We found bed bugs in our room and had to immediately leave and not stay the night. Although we didn’t have to pay for our 2 nights there we did not get our deposit refunded and we had already given them our laundry to do and we were overcharged. The manager was incredibly rude.

Bed bugs. We asked to check out at 9PM when we noticed the bugs and although we were not charged for the remainder of our stay we were not able to get the deposit back. They also overcharged us for laundry despite this incidence. I recognize that bed bugs can happen anywhere and may be out of the hotels control but the customer service was not up to par. Would not recommend.

Vibe Analysis
The hotel has a strong central location in Hanoi's Old Quarter, close to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, cafes, restaurants, and other sights that are easy to reach on foot. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable, with some offering good beds, hot water, air conditioning, and useful basics like a fridge, hair dryer, tea, and coffee. Some spaces feel small or dated, and bathroom size can be tight. Staff can be friendly and helpful with directions, taxis, luggage, tours, and early arrivals. Breakfast is available, though quality seems uneven, and a few rooms can pick up street or train noise.
